Dear reader,

People can take advantage of money because working for money will always be available, but can everything be taken advantage of? Young people take advantage of one of the most precious things in life, Time. Over 70% of moms say their child stops being childlike at age twelve. Young people are trying to grow up before they are mentally or emotionally mature enough. This is where the Foundation for Adolescent Sex Prevention sees a problematic scenario that could potentially affect the future. The Foundation for Adolescent Sex Prevention is an organization trying to reduce the number of teens having sexual interactions. The average age for kids to lose their virginity for males is 16.9 years old and for females is 17.2 years old. Many of them have brutal consequences, losing everything, school opportunities, a home, relationships, and all because of these kids think they are grown up. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention estimates that nearly 20 million new STI's occur every year in this country, half of these among young people aged fifteen through twenty-four. We need to reach to teens, to see the light they seem blind to because of the lack of emotional maturity, independence opportunity, and plenty of other factors by talking to these kids and hear what they have to say. If there continues to be no intervention, not only will we be setting young people for failure, but also, ourselves for failure. These young people are our future, their decisions, good or bad, will affect everyone else. The Foundation for Adolescent Sex Prevention sees the need for help and change and are taking the steps required to fulfill that need. We are asking to have a helping hand to reach the goal of bettering the future for young people and everyone else.
Sincerely, F.A.S.P.
